Is your hospitality platform compatible exclusively with SIP endpoints? Does it support analog ports for guest room phones?
New Hospitality’s hotel phone solution supports both SIP endpoints and standard analog phones from a wide range of manufacturers including Polycom, Cetis, Mitel, SNOM and Aastra. This allows hotel operators to preserve their existing investments by keeping their analog phones and adding new software-enabled features. Our software also provides a device provisioning feature that simplifies the telephone configuration process.
With legacy analog hotel phones, is it possible to customize functions like service calls and wake-up calls?
Yes. All the room phone features our platform provides (wake-up calls, room service calls, etc) can be implemented into legacy analog devices, even if these features were not originally present.
How do your platform's management features integrate with the existing hotel PMS & billing platform?
Our hosted platform’s features & components seamlessly integrate into existing hotel PMS systems using Comtrol’s Lodging Link and MICROS’ Fidelio interface services.
Does the hosted phone solution support message lights? Does it require special phone equipment?
New Hospitality’s platform can activate message waiting lights on analog phones. All that is required is that a message light function be present on the device being used.
How many languages does the IVR system support?
The New Hospitality platform’s IVR can support any number of languages. The system comes with English, French & Spanish pre-installed.
Does the platform work on Linux-based systems?
Yes, our platform can run on both Windows- and Linux-based systems.
Does the platform include survivability features?
